Ingredients
  

  • 2 4 frozen breaded or beer-battered fish fillets any brand: Gorton’s, Van de Kamp’s, Trader Joe’s, or store brand
  • 1 tsp vegetable or olive oil optional, for extra crisp
  • Lemon wedges tartar sauce, or favorite toppings for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prep Basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with a paper towel and a bit of oil (optional).
  • Arrange Fillets: Place frozen fillets in a single layer; don’t overcrowd.

  • Cook: Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
  • Flip Halfway: At 5 minutes, flip fillets for even browning.
  • Check Doneness: Use a digital thermometer to ensure internal temp is 145°F (63°C). Add 1–2 minutes if needed.
  • Serve: Plate immediately for the crispiest texture. Optional: squeeze lemon or add tartar sauce.
