Ingredients
  

  • 6 frozen samosas any brand: Deep, Haldiram, Swad
  • 1 tsp oil or cooking spray optional, for extra crisp
  • Dipping sauces: mint chutney tamarind sauce, ketchup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer – Set to 380°F (190°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Prepare Basket – Lightly spray with oil (optional) to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange Samosas – Place frozen samosas in a single layer with space between each for proper air circulation.

  • Cook – Air fry for 7–10 minutes.
  • Flip Halfway – Around 4–5 minutes, flip them over for even crispiness.
  • Check for Doneness – Samosas should be golden brown. Add 1–2 extra minutes if needed.
  • Serve – Pair with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or your favorite dip.
