Ingredients
  

  • 2 × 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parsley & lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Whisk mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder.
  • Pat salmon dry, season, coat with sauce.
  • Preheat air fryer 400°F.
  • Place salmon skin-side down, cook 7–9 mins (135–145°F).
  • Rest 1–2 mins, garnish, serve.
