Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (butterflied)
  • 2 tbsp hot honey or mix 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or spray
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, pepper jack, or gouda
  • 1 cup fresh greens spinach or lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced tomatoes or bell peppers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer – Set to 380°F (193°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Season Chicken – In a bowl, coat chicken with olive oil, hot honey, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Air Fry – Place chicken in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Slice & Build – Slice the cooked chicken into strips. Lay tortillas flat, then layer greens, cheese, and chicken. Add tomatoes or bell peppers if desired.
  • Wrap & Crisp – Roll wraps tightly and return to the air fryer for 2–3 minutes until the tortillas turn golden and cheese melts.
  • Serve Hot – Slice in half and enjoy the gooey, crispy perfection!
