Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of fresh thyme for an extra layer of flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
  • Prepare Tomatoes: Wash and pat tomatoes dry. Slice each one in half for even roasting.
