- 2 cups frozen mushrooms plain or breaded
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional seasonings: chili flakes dried oregano, and smoked paprika—add as you like.
Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes (if preheating is needed).
First Cook: Place frozen mushrooms directly into air fryer basket (no liner). Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes to release water.
Drain Water: Remove mushrooms and drain any liquid collected in the air fryer.
Season: Coat the mushrooms evenly by tossing them with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and any optional spices.
Final Cook: Return mushrooms to air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 400°F until crispy and golden.
Serve: Enjoy immediately as a side dish, snack, or topping.
