Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional dips: ranch sriracha mayo, or honey mustard

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Broccoli: Wash and dry broccoli florets. Pat dry completely for better coating.

  • Set Up Coating Stations:
    Beaten egg in a bowl and separate bowl with breadcrumb mixture including Parmesan and spices
  • In one bowl, beat the egg.
  • In another, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Bread the Broccoli:
    Broccoli florets being dipped in egg wash and coated in breadcrumb Parmesan mixture
  • Dip each floret in the egg, coat completely.
  • Then roll in the breadcrumb mix, pressing lightly to stick.
  • Preheat & Air Fry:
    Breaded broccoli florets placed in a single layer inside the air fryer basket ready to cook
  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  • Place broccoli in a single layer (no crowding).
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again for extra crispness.
