Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • cups all-purpose flour or almond/oat flour
  • ¾ cup sugar or coconut/brown sugar
  • cup melted butter or olive/coconut oil
  • 1 cup milk regular or plant-based
  • 1 egg or chia egg for eggless option
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional: Chocolate chips chopped nuts, cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
  • Mash & Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mash bananas. Add sugar, egg, milk, vanilla, and oil. Mix until smooth.

  • Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gently fold to combine.

  • Fill Muffin Liners: Fill silicone or paper muffin liners ¾ full and place them in the air fryer basket.

  • Air Fry Muffins: Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 15–17 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick—it should come out clean when the muffins are ready.
