- For Patties:
- 1 lb ground beef 85% lean recommended
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour for keto
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- For Mushroom Gravy:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup flour or keto thickener
- 3 cups cold beef broth
Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 380°F (193°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Make Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Shape into patties.
Prepare Gravy: In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil until browned. Stir in the garlic and butter, and cook for another minute
Thicken Gravy: Whisk flour with beef broth and pour into the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes until thick.
Air Fry Patties: Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil. Place patties in a single layer. Air fry 7 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3–7 minutes (until 165°F internal temp).
Serve: Top patties with hot mushroom gravy and enjoy!
