Ingredients
  

  • 2 grouper fillets 6–8 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 4–5 minutes.
  • Prepare Fillets: Pat grouper fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Season: Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt. Coat both sides of the fish evenly with the seasoning mixture.

  • Air Fry: Place fillets in a greased air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd). Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Check Doneness: Fillets should flake easily with a fork and have a golden crust.
