- 750 g boneless lamb shoulder or bone-in if fits in your air fryer
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary or any preferred seasoning
Prep the Lamb: Pat dry with paper towels. Massage the lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary for a rich, aromatic flavor.
