Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Filling:In a bowl, combine shredded buffalo chicken, cream cheese, and green onions. Mix well.
Step 2: Prep the Wrappers: Let egg roll wrappers thaw for 1 hour at room temp (or overnight in the fridge).
Step 3: Assemble the Egg Rolls:Lay wrapper like a diamond. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the filling near the bottom edge of the wrapper and get ready to roll.Fold sides, then roll tightly. Seal edges with egg wash or cornstarch mixture.
Step 4: Air Fry to Golden Perfection: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray egg rolls lightly with oil and place in a basket without overcrowding.
